Meet Chef/Owner George V
Chef George V was born on the island of Karpathos, Greece, and has spent over 40 years in the restaurant business in the United States.
As the chef and owner of OPA! Greek Restaurant, he brings a lifetime of experience, passion, and Greek culinary tradition to every dish. Chef George is in the restaurant seven days a week, cooking, serving, and making sure every guest experiences the true taste of Greece.
If it’s not OPA!, it’s not authentic Greek food.
